Amanda opened Face Forward by Amanda in June 2020 and later moved the studio to a new spot in downtown Denville, across the street from the original location. The entrance is on Bloomfield Avenue, and the studio cannot be reached from Broadway.

The menu is grouped into facials, progressive treatments, seasonal facials, facial enhancements and facial waxing. Progressive treatments use equipment such as a HydroPeeling and oxygen infusion system, a microcurrent lift and the ReZENerate NanoFacial wand. Enhancements priced from $15 to $50 can be added to a facial.

Treatment rooms use professional-grade products, and skin care can also be bought online through Amanda's Skincare Cabinet.

Parking includes free three-hour spots in the Denville Municipal lot on Bloomfield Avenue, plus two-hour street parking. Downtown street parking before 6:00pm is limited to 90 minutes or two hours and is strictly enforced. Appointments must be confirmed by Vagaro email or text within 24 hours of the start time, or they may be cancelled. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice; later changes are charged 50% of the booked cost, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged 100%. Face Forward gift cards cannot be used to pay cancellation fees. Restrooms are at the top of the staircase, and the key is kept at the Suite 4 entrance.

Licensed estheticians shape each treatment plan around the guest's skin type and concerns.

The setting is tranquil and spa-style.
