Face Card Clinics is a medical spa with a Honolulu location at 1221 Kapiolani Boulevard, Suite 310, and an Austin location at 1601 E. Cesar Chavez #107. The business describes itself as education based. It states that every treatment is performed by a licensed medical professional, including registered nurses with specialized aesthetics training.
The clinic was founded by Joanna Zhu, a nurse with a master's degree and aesthetics training, who serves as CEO and owner. The stated mission is to help people feel confident, refreshed and naturally beautiful through safe, affordable care from experienced practitioners. Team members regularly take part in hands-on training, masterclasses and certification programs on injection techniques and safety protocols.
The menu includes neuromodulators such as Xeomin, Jeuveau, Letybo and LeJEts TLE, along with Botox. Dermal fillers are offered for the cheeks, chin, jaw and nose, and as Russian lip filler in full syringe, half syringe or strip lips. Deoxycholic acid treatments target the abdomen, bra fat, underarms and underchin. Other offerings include Rejuran Healer skin boosters, vitamin shots, microneedling, PRP, laser hair removal and chemical peels. The site says Botox usually lasts three to four months and dermal fillers last six to eighteen months, depending on the product and area.
Booking policies are clear. Deposits are non-refundable and taxes and applicable fees are not included in listed prices. Clients are asked to give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, with a $50 fee for a no-show or a late reschedule. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and later arrivals may need to have their appointments adjusted. Refunds are not available once a service is complete, but a client who is not satisfied can say so within 24 hours to work toward a solution. Cards, cash and mobile payments such as Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and PayPal are accepted.
