The approach blends Balinese traditions with European techniques and natural elements from each spa's region, presented as holistic wellness that mixes Eastern and Western healing practices. The same approach is used at every location, while each spa reflects its own local culture.

The Atlantis Paradise Island spa in the Bahamas covers 30,000 square feet with 28 treatment rooms. It includes couples' villas with soaking tubs and private showers, wet rooms for shared treatments, and a thermal circuit of steam, sauna and cold plunge. Serenity Cove is a private 1,620-square-foot spa suite there for small gatherings and celebrations. Guests are asked to arrive 30 minutes before their appointment. The location also offers Medi-Spa treatments including microneedling, Dysport and Restylane, as well as IV infusions including NAD+, and a Quartz Crystal bed suite with sound bath sessions.

In Honolulu, the spa occupies the third and fourth floors of Kalia Tower at Hilton Hawaiian Village, with 25 wet and dry treatment rooms, executive twin suites with private lanais, a pool deck with an outdoor whirlpool and a gift boutique. The Waikoloa spa on the Kohala Coast fronts the resort's main pool across two levels, with seven treatment rooms including single private rooms and double suites. Its salon offers hair, make-up and nail treatments.

Other sites include the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin spa in Florida, at 10,500 square feet with a Tea Garden and a Meditation Garden with a Meru Temple. The Harrah's Cherokee spa in North Carolina has a sauna, a Jacuzzi pool, a creek-side co-ed lounge and two couple suites sharing a hydrotherapy bath. The Mohegan Sun Sky and Earth Towers spa in Connecticut covers more than 19,000 square feet with 21 treatment rooms, massage and facial rooms and couples suites.
