A visit usually opens with a consultation that looks at skin type, skin condition and lifestyle factors such as age and activity level. Treatments blend revitalizing work, nutrient therapies and higher-tech options, and facials are adjusted as the skin changes over time. New clients are encouraged to book the $35 consultation, a 30-minute visit that includes a skin and product analysis, a facial and a complimentary skin care kit. If a client decides not to go ahead with a service after the consultation, the $35 fee applies.

The menu is organized into several groups. Express facials are listed from $55 to $65 and run 30 minutes. Peels range from a light chemical peel listed at $85 to a paramedical peel listed from $450. Skin rejuvenating devices include LED light therapy at $85, microdermabrasion from $120, microcurrent facial therapy at $160 and needle-free mesotherapy at $95. Hair loss treatments are also offered.

Several procedures involve the skin being punctured, and for these the studio uses only individual disposable materials, which it notes can make them cost more than at some other spas. Between clients a UV lamp disinfects the room for 15 minutes, and disposable gloves and masks are used during services. The studio says its infection prevention and equipment sanitation are approved by the USFDA.

Clients are asked to arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may incur a cancellation fee, and arriving more than 30 minutes late may mean the appointment is cancelled and rebooked. Cancelling or rescheduling at least 48 hours ahead is free. No-shows and cancellations inside 48 hours carry a 50% fee. Services are timed, and any time beyond the booked service is charged as an extra. Clients should mention allergies, physical conditions, disabilities or pregnancy before treatment. Testers of products are offered, but opened home care products cannot be exchanged or returned. Clients pay for the service itself, not for any particular result. Gift certificates are offered at $100.

Each visit begins with a consultation, and facials are customized to the client's skin needs and adjusted as those needs change; the studio combines European skin rejuvenation with current technologies.
