The studio calls its methodology Romantic Results and holds that strong outcomes and a pleasant treatment experience support each other rather than compete. It describes its approach as high touch and high results, and it shares client transformation photos to show progress.

New clients can book the Initial Treatment, a 90 to 120 minute session open to everyone new, which is most often the Faccia Ritual or the Laser & Lift Ritual. Consultations are offered in person or over Zoom. The in-person version includes a full facial cleanse so the skin can be assessed, but it is not a facial. Skincare bought with a consultation counts toward the purchase: half of the in-person price, or $100 of the online one.

Signature treatments include the TriFusion Ritual, Liquid Microneedling using the company's patented Microspear technology, and the Faccia BioRevitalization, which the studio calls its signature Italian treatment. Laser results are typically seen after four to six treatments, and the CO2 Lift Pro Facial is recommended as a series of four to six sessions at monthly intervals.

Lash and brow services are a separate group, with Lash Lift & Tint and Brow Lamination & Tint each taking 90 minutes and a combined Signature Lash & Brow taking 120 minutes. Monthly memberships come in three tiers, from Entry at $185 to VIP at $425, each with a complimentary monthly treatment. Appointments can be booked up to 60 days ahead, and an automated waitlist fills openings. Cancellations need at least 48 hours of notice.

Faccia's philosophy is that exceptional results and an exceptional treatment experience belong together, expressed through its Romantic Results methodology.
