Treatment plans are built around each person, and the practice aims for natural, balanced results. Body treatments begin with a consultation, which can be booked online, before a plan is set. The business calls FĀC Balancing its specialty, and describes Total Skin Solution as a favorite among clients and staff. Packages such as FĀC Balancing, Total Skin Solution and The Collagen Booster bundle several treatments, and may qualify for extra savings when additional syringes or vials are needed. Additional Sculptra vials are available at a reduced price. The business states that its best KeraLase results are reached after six treatments.

Appointments carry a non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the treatment cost or rolled over to a future visit and can be transferred with 48 business hours' notice. A $100 no-show fee is charged to the card on file. Up to three reschedules are allowed, after which full payment is required before the appointment. Arrivals have a 10-minute grace period, and later arrivals may need to reschedule. Children under 12 are not permitted in the clinic, and pets are not permitted unless they are authorized service animals.

The clinic is open Tuesday to Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and closed Saturday to Monday. Payment plans are offered, along with Cherry Payment and CareCredit financing. The referral program credits the referrer $100 after a referred friend or family member books and receives a treatment. That credit can be applied to purchases of $300 or more within 4 months, with one referral credit per treatment for purchases of $500 or less. Clients can also join the FĀC Rewards loyalty program.
