Visits are built around education. At a consultation, the provider explains what would be done, what would not, and what it would cost, whether or not the client books treatment. The first meeting is usually a conversation, though treatment can be scheduled at the same visit if the client prefers. Initial, follow-up and MedSpa consultations are listed at no charge, and an injectables consultation runs about thirty minutes with pricing given before any treatment.

The menu falls into four groups. Injectables include several neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra, EZ Gel and PRF. Facials and skin services range from HydraFacial and ZO Skin Health peels to SkinPen microneedling. Laser and body treatments cover Sciton light and resurfacing devices, Venus Bliss tightening, sculpting and fat reduction, and laser hair removal. IV and wellness includes vitamin drips, a hallelujah shot, medical weight loss programs and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.

Hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. The business is closed Sundays and Mondays. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; a shorter-notice cancellation or no-show carries a $100 fee charged to the card on file.

Education comes first. At a consultation the provider covers the options, what is and is not recommended, and the cost, and the client is not required to book.

Visits take place in private treatment rooms, with a lobby and a separate consultation area.
