Braiding is the core of the menu. Knotless and boho braids come in many lengths, from bob to butt length, and boho styles add curls throughout the knotless base. Gypsy braids, French curls, twists, cornrows, micro braids, lemonade and tribal or fulani braids are also offered, along with crochet braids, soft and butterfly locs, and kids styles including cornrows, knotless braids and boho braids. Medium mid back knotless braids start at $200, and small butt length knotless braids are listed at $340.

Wig and sew-in work is a second strand of the business. Services include sew-in weave, wig installs, frontal installs, wig making, wig customization, wig revamp and glueless ready-to-wear wigs. Wig making and customization timing and pricing are agreed with the client before the appointment. Men's stitch braids and barrel twists are offered as well.

Walk-ins and same-day appointments are welcome, and clients can book online through the website. To secure an appointment, clients pay a $30 deposit that is applied to the service total, then confirm by texting their name, desired hairstyle and color to the salon phone. A reference photo is sent by text before the visit. Pricing is confirmed at consultation based on length and size, and the remaining balance is paid after the service. Hair should arrive washed, blow-dried and free of oil and product; an in-salon wash costs $20 and takes about 30 minutes.

Braiding hair is included at no extra charge, in colors 1, 1B, 2, 4, 27, 30 and 613, and a custom color mix is available for an additional $20. Bohemian hair is available, or clients may bring their own. Hair for locs, twists and crochet styles is not provided. Additional fees may apply for human hair, accessories, custom colors, style or size changes, length adjustments and short hair. Rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice; the deposit covers up to two reschedules, after which a $10 fee applies. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit and may be charged the full service total. Clients who are unhappy with part of a service should ask for it to be fixed before leaving, and hair concerns must be reported within two days.
