The menu is long and covers most protective braiding styles: knotless braids, box braids, feed-in cornrows, Bora Bora braids, Senegalese, Havana, Marley and passion twists, faux locs, tree braids, weaves and sew-ins, and styles for children 10 and younger. Many services are priced by length, from bob to butt length, so the final cost depends on the style and size chosen. The salon supplies the braiding hair for its services, and clients may also bring their own. Some knotless and box braid services include free blend hair.

The business says it uses premium extensions, including 100% raw and virgin Vietnamese human hair bundles that it describes as cuticle aligned from a single donor and ethically sourced. Premium Brazilian boho hair is also sold by the bundle, and the color is confirmed by phone.

Booking is online. A non-refundable $100 deposit secures an appointment and is applied to the total, plus a $5 processing fee at payment. The remaining balance can be paid by cash, Zelle or Stripe, and buy now, pay later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Hair should be at least 2 to 3 inches long, or a photo should be sent before booking. Hair should be washed, detangled and blow-dried straight before the visit, and fresh trims are discouraged.

The salon is open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Its published policies cover rescheduling, cancellation and lateness: one reschedule within the same month and within 48 hours of booking, a 75% charge for cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment, and late-arrival fees after a 10-minute grace period. Concerns about a style must be raised within 24 hours to be eligible for a redo.
