Clients arriving for a first visit are asked to complete waiver and release forms beforehand and to come in five minutes early for a consultation. Eyes should be free of makeup so more of the appointment goes to lashing, and waterproof mascara should be avoided for two to three days before, with lash serums avoided for two days before. Eyelash extensions need regular upkeep. Re-lash appointments are recommended every two to three weeks, and a gap of five weeks since the last re-lash means the visit is booked as a new set. Without touch-ups, a full set should be gone after six to eight weeks, depending on natural shedding. Clients moving over from another stylist or visiting for the first time must book the 90-minute re-lash, and a $65 fee applies if they leave without a re-lash or new set. If existing lash work is not clean or safe to work over, the studio recommends removal and a new set. Extensions should be removed by a professional rather than at home, and mascara is limited to the tips of classic extensions in water-based form, with volume extensions not using mascara.
