Hair color makes up much of the menu, including root color, partial and full highlights, balayage, bleach retouches and bleach outs, color correction, creative and fashion colors, and hair glossing. Many prices are starting points, and the final cost depends on the work. Balayage includes a complementary blow dry, and women's haircuts include one as well.

Extension and lash services follow a few more steps. Extension clients begin with a short consultation, and extension appointments are booked after a consultation and deposit. Lash fills are for clients who return every two weeks, and longer gaps are booked as a full set.

The salon is open Monday 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Tuesday and Thursday 1:30 to 9 PM, Friday 9:30 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Wednesday and Sunday. Rescheduling needs at least 48 hours' notice, and late changes or arriving more than 15 minutes late can incur a 50% fee on the reserved services. Refunds are not offered, and gift card sales are final.
