The menu is built around lash extensions in three styles: Classic, Hybrid and Volume. A full set takes up to two hours, including paperwork and a discussion of the look you want. Full sets come in a range of lengths, curls and thicknesses with Flat and Ellipse options. Classic sets typically use 90 to 100 or more lashes per eye, adjusted to your natural lash count, and Volume sets use handmade lash fans in different thicknesses, each applied to a single natural lash. Each extension is placed about 1 mm from the lid so the adhesive stays away from the skin, and length and thickness are kept within limits to protect natural lashes.

Lash fills are priced by how many weeks have passed since the last appointment and take 45 to 60 minutes. A fill applies extensions to new growth and replaces ones that have shed or grown out. Extensions are generally refilled every two to three weeks and can last up to six weeks; after more than four weeks without a fill, a new full set is needed. Transfer clients who come from another lash provider are welcome with limited availability, and pricing may rise depending on their needs. Transfers should arrive with at least 40 percent of their extensions still in place.

Beyond lashes, the studio offers lash lifts, brow and lash tinting, brow lamination and facial waxing. Lash lifts are a form of perm applied with a silicone shield to lift natural lashes upward, and they are available with or without tint. Brow and lip waxing are offered separately or as a combined brow tint and wax.

Booking and policies are set out clearly. Online booking requires a credit card to reserve, but the card is not charged at booking. Changes, cancellations and rescheduling need at least 48 hours' notice or a nonrefundable $50 fee applies. Lash fills can be booked in person, by phone or by email. Extensions do not require a contract. The studio also offers a lash guarantee: if a new set does not meet expectations, adjustments are checked within the first 72 hours. Clients who arrive with very few lashes or improperly applied ones may be asked to return for a new full set.

Before an appointment, clients are asked to arrive with clean eyes and to avoid curling or perming natural lashes within 48 hours. Waterproof mascara should be stopped at least five days ahead and fully removed beforehand, and any mascara used before a fill should be water based and removed before arrival. Eye makeup and removers should be oil-free, since oil can break down the adhesive. The studio carries makeup and remover products made for extensions, including mascara. Extensions are not recommended for clients with strong eye allergies, recent eye surgery or other eye issues, and curling or perming extensions is not advised.

The studio places each extension about 1 mm from the lid to keep adhesive off the skin and keeps length and thickness within limits to protect natural lashes. Adhesive is fast drying and free of latex and formaldehyde, with regular and sensitive strength options.
