Lash extensions are made from semi-permanent vegan synthetic fibers attached with a medical-grade adhesive that the business says is free of formaldehyde. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash, while hybrid sets mix volume fans with individual extensions. Refills remove long or overgrown extensions and add new ones to new growth. The business says extensions can last up to six weeks before they fall off completely.
The studio describes its Eyeful Facial as one of its most popular services. It includes a skin analysis, deep pore cleansing, exfoliation, steam with extraction, a mask, and a shoulder and scalp massage, with products chosen for each client's skin type. Custom facials are built around concerns such as acne, hydration, anti-aging, brightening and deep cleansing, or a combination, and suit all skin types. LED light therapy and microdermabrasion can be added to facials.
Body contouring is sold as a package, which can also be added to other services, and combines ultrasonic cavitation, radio frequency tightening, laser lipolysis and lymphatic drainage. No price is listed for it. The Beginner Lash Course starts at $350 and involves about six hours of hands-on training and theory. It requires no prior experience, includes a lash kit and training manual, and ends with a certificate on successful completion. The business states that its course instructors are a licensed esthetician and certified lash artists.
The studio is open Monday to Friday from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm, Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Sunday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Clients must be 18 or older for treatments, or have signed parental consent, and children are not allowed in the treatment room. Deposits are non-refundable, and appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Treatments and products are not refunded, and faulty products go back to the supplier for review. Complaints must be sent in writing by email, with a response aimed for within three to five working days. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the salon, and new clients complete client cards before treatment, disclosing any health conditions, allergies or injuries. Prices may change without notice.
