Visits are by appointment only. Services are performed in lounge chairs in a space the studio describes as peaceful and calming. New clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early so the team can complete intake and a consultation before the service begins.

Eyelash extensions are offered in two styles. The classic set places one extension on each natural lash, using Xtreme Lashes, and a full set takes about two hours. The hybrid/volume set adheres clusters or fans of extensions to each natural lash for a fuller look, and a full set takes about 2.75 hours. Extensions are never applied to the skin or eyelid, and they need touch-ups every two to three weeks.

The brow menu covers clean-up, shaping and tinting, lamination, and lash lifts and tinting, so clients can handle lashes and brows in one studio. Clients are encouraged to book their next appointment before leaving. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; shorter notice is charged at half the service price, and cancellations within 12 hours are charged in full.

The studio describes its approach as combining experience and training with high-quality products, and it asks clients to keep up with regular touch-ups to maintain their lashes.
