Lash extension styles run from classic to mega volume. Classic extensions give a soft, natural look that adds length and shape. Volume extensions are full and fluffy, with volume levels that can be customized from 2D to 6D, and hybrid sets blend classic and volume lashes for a fuller, more textured finish. Mega volume is the fullest option and is intended for photos, events and high-glam looks. A lash lift curls natural lashes, and a lash tint darkens them; the lift lasts up to 6 to 8 weeks. Extensions typically last 2 to 3 weeks and are refilled every 2 to 3 weeks. Clients are asked to avoid mascara on extensions because it can weaken the adhesive. The Executive Lash Look is a lash extension option for working professionals and comes with a free guide.

Brow services include shaping by waxing or tweezing, tinting that adds soft color for 2 to 3 weeks and makes thin brows look fuller, and lamination that smooths and lifts brow hairs for a brushed-up look. Microblading uses fine, hair-like strokes and is a two-step process, so touch-ups are generally needed. Microshading creates a soft, powdered makeup look, and combination brows layer microblading strokes over a shaded background. Permanent makeup also covers eyeliner and lip tinting, and free consultations are available. The studio does not guarantee healed results, and additional sessions may be needed at an additional charge. Complimentary touch-ups are offered only up to 6 weeks after the initial session, and touch-ups on work done by other artists are treated as initial sessions. Waxing is offered for brows, legs and other areas.

Training covers lash and brow techniques, in person with one-on-one hands-on instruction or online. Options include a one-day beginner classic lash course, an intermediate and advanced volume and hybrid course over 1 to 2 days, a three-day Master Lash Artist program covering classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume, a half-day lash lift and tint certification, and a three-day brow artistry and microblading package. Online packages are also offered, with a starter lash kit and lifetime mentorship as optional add-ons. A certification of completion is awarded when training is finished. The studio describes its training as industry-leading.

Appointments can be booked online through the studio's Vagaro-powered page, and advance booking is recommended. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability but are not guaranteed. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment. Bookings outside normal business hours carry a $200 fee and are arranged by email. Major credit and debit cards, cash and online payments are accepted. Children are not allowed in procedure rooms and cannot be left unattended in the waiting area during procedures.
