A visit usually starts with a consultation for microblading or restoration work, and a virtual option is available. Brow designs are drawn in brow pencil first so the shape and color can be approved before any pigment goes in. A patch test is offered before procedures, though clients can waive it. Each client gets single-use sterile needles, and a topical numbing agent is applied before and, if needed, during treatment. Cosmetic tattoo sessions run about 90 minutes and are usually spread across two or three visits, four to eight weeks apart. The first touch-up is free and takes place at a second visit four to six weeks after the initial appointment.

Restoration work includes scar camouflage, scar restoration, areola restoration and scalp pigmentation, with a consultation required for most of these. Stretch mark removal, non-laser tattoo removal and lip blush are also offered. Makeup is available for occasions ranging from a natural look to full glam with lashes, and house calls can be arranged on request by email.

Brow designs are pre-drawn so clients can approve the shape and color before pigment is applied, and the work is built up gradually across sessions.
