It now has two locations: the original Miami studio on SW 8th Street and a Miami Beach studio on the second floor of Faena Bazaar on Collins Avenue, which opened with a grand opening.

The studio describes its experience as a luxury one built on skill, care and artistry, and it puts lash health first. Its view is that extensions need not damage natural lashes when they are applied and cared for properly. Bookings require a valid credit card, which is not charged until the day of the appointment unless the visit is cancelled or moved within 24 hours. Hours run Monday through Saturday, 9am to 7pm, with Sunday available by request.

Policies are firm on timing. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and later changes are charged the full original fee of the reserved service. Missed appointments without 24 hours' notice are recorded as no-shows, and a second no-show without reasonable cause may lead to discharge from the studio. Arrivals have a 5-minute grace period, after which the appointment may be treated as cancelled and rebooked. Any dissatisfaction with results must be reported within 48 hours of the appointment.
