The menu covers several areas. Lash services include lifts, tints, extensions and removal. Brow services include waxing, lamination and tinting. Facials range from a 60-minute teen facial for ages 13 to 17 to a 75-minute anti-aging facial that includes a light chemical peel, with options for acne, dermaplaning and men. Body contouring uses radio frequency, ultrasonic cavitation and wooden tools for lymphatic drainage.
Sugaring is a central part of the hair removal menu. The paste is made from sugar, lemon and water and applied at body temperature, and the spa describes it as less abrasive than waxing and suited to sensitive skin. New guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork before a waxing or sugaring visit. Clients are asked to exfoliate the area 24 hours beforehand and to avoid alcohol and caffeine that day. Afterward, hot showers, tubs and hot tubs are best avoided for at least 24 hours, and a follow-up is recommended about four weeks later.
Intimate care is its own category, with Vagacial treatments for women and men that are generally recommended every 4 to 6 weeks after waxing. Crystal Kitty is a two-part session focused on hyperpigmentation. Packages, memberships and gift cards are offered, and health and beauty products can be bought on the website. Buy Now, Pay Later plans through Affirm, Afterpay and Klarna are available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval, and a $7 convenience fee applies when a payment plan is used.
