Threading is the core of the menu, done with 100% organic cotton thread. Brow services include tinting that can be matched to any color the client chooses, plant-based brow henna made with 100% organic henna, and brow lamination. Brow lamination uses a chemical solution to set and lift brow hairs for a fuller look. It comes in four forms: on its own, with tinting, with threading, or with both tinting and threading. It is by appointment only, and clients get a basic aftercare kit, with a deluxe kit available as a paid add-on.

Lash services include lash tints in several colors, lash lifts that give natural lashes a semi-permanent curl, and lash lift and tint combinations. Lash lifts include a keratin treatment, and the perm solutions are developed in Europe and sold only for professional use. Every lash lift comes with a basic aftercare kit, and a premium kit with Nourish Lash Serum is an upgrade. Waxing covers the face at all locations, with underarm, arm and leg waxing offered only at Beacon Hill. Waxing uses hard wax, soft wax, and a medical-grade non-wax formula for sensitive skin. The business states its waxing estheticians are licensed. Standalone eyebrow waxing is not offered; eyebrow threading is included in the full face waxing service.

Clients are asked not to wet their brows or lashes for 24 hours after lash lifts, lash tints, brow tints, brow henna or brow lamination. Those coming in for lash lifts and tints should arrive with no makeup or mascara on their lashes, and brow lamination clients should arrive with brows free of makeup and oily products. Results vary by service: threading typically lasts three to four weeks, brow henna up to six weeks, brow lamination four to eight weeks, lash lift and tint about six to eight weeks, and lash tint alone about four to six weeks.

Walk-ins are accepted in limited numbers at every location, and clients with appointments take priority. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in $18, $36, $100 and $150 amounts or in a custom amount. Team members are trained under the guidance of the founder, Akriti Shrestha Maes.

The business says it was voted Best of Boston in multiple years in a row, and that Boston Magazine named it winner of Best Eyebrow Shaping in 2022 and 2023. Social media influencer Maggie MacDonald has publicly endorsed the salon for brows, according to the business.

Brow shaping is planned around each client's face and brow structure, starting with a consultation, and each step is explained as it happens.
