Every visit begins with a consultation that covers past hair history, current routine and lifestyle, so treatments and a timeline can be planned around each guest. New guests complete a New Guest Application before booking. Prices depend on the level of service and the products used and are settled at the consultation. New extension guests usually start with a complimentary 30-minute audit that looks at hair density, texture, areas of thinning, which method fits, the cost and how long results are expected to last.

Extension maintenance is organized into packages. The 6-week maintenance is meant for returning clients every six weeks and includes a full extension move-up, a clarifying scalp treatment and a signature blowout. The Elevated Maintenance and Color Refresh suits clients keeping both extensions and color, adding a root touch-up, custom gloss, deep conditioning and styling over a visit of four hours or more. The Total Reset is a full new installation and reset of six hours or more, finished with a precision trim, blowout and a take-home kit for care at home. The Invisible Volume System is customized strand by strand and, according to the business, blends human hair into the guest's own hair with the scalp left free.

Payment details are set for each appointment. A valid credit card is needed to hold a booking. Changes made within 24 hours of an appointment are charged the full service fee, and the complimentary extension audit carries a $50 fee if cancelled or missed within 24 hours.
