The salon also teaches. It runs a seven-hour Keratin Bond Masterclass for stylists, held on a live model from 10am to 5pm, with consultation requirements, keratin bond installation including a hidden technique, home maintenance, removal and rebonding, blending, styling and social media covered. Attendees receive a full tool kit, a training certificate and lifetime access to the instructor as a mentor with 24/7 support. Individual masterclasses take place twice a month in Tenafly, and the instructor can travel to salons. Classes are booked by email.

A visit usually starts with a consultation, which costs $25 and goes toward the installation. Clients are asked to bring inspiration photos and to come with clean, natural hair. New clients need a consultation before tape-in, keratin or sew-in installations, while certain services such as color matching, tape-in re-installs and extension repairs are for existing clients.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours notice to cancel, and late cancellations carry a $50 fee. A no-show without notice is charged a no-show fee. An appointment can be rescheduled once, and notice given less than 24 hours ahead can mean a lost deposit. Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable, and arriving very late may shorten the service. Pickup orders can be collected Wednesday to Friday from noon to 6pm and are ready within 24 hours, with the ID and card used for the purchase required at pickup.
