Extension work begins with a free 30-minute consultation that looks at hair goals, lifestyle and natural hair, and ends with a custom color and texture match. From there, services cover new K-Tip and weft installs, move-ups, weft reinstalls and removals. Keratin bond removal is priced by the hour, starting at $120 for the first hour and $60 for each additional half-hour.

Payment options include card and other payments, plus Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval completed before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, carry a 50% fee that must be paid before another appointment can be booked. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and they are final sale.

The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 4:30 to 8:30 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 1 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Clients on the about page describe the work as flawless and the salon as welcoming.
