The menu covers cuts and blowouts, color such as full and partial highlights, reverse balayage, lowlights, root touch-ups, single process color and toners, bleach and bleach-out work, weft extensions, brow tinting and consultations. Pricing depends on the length and thickness of the hair. Clients can send a message or a photo of their hair and goals before booking so the right service can be chosen. The studio does not offer color corrections.

Booking is by appointment only, up to two weeks ahead. A $50 deposit holds the time and is taken off the total on the day. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and the deposit can be moved to a new date. Changes made inside 48 hours, or arriving more than 15 minutes late when there is no longer enough time for the service, forfeit the deposit and require a new one to rebook.

Plans each visit around the client's hair history, inspiration and goals, with a photo or message sent ahead of booking to choose the right service.
