Extended Studio started as mobile lash appointments run by its founder, Sable Grayson, who traveled with a car full of lash supplies. Over time the work grew into a studio at 5001 Libbie Mill East Boulevard, Suite 105, in the Libbie Mill-Midtown district, now offering lashes, brows, skin services, waxing and tooth gems.

The studio describes its space as clean, warm and welcoming. Free parking is available, including street parking, public spaces in front of the building and nearby surface lots. Clients are asked to come to their appointments alone, as guests and children are not permitted. Before every facial, a consultation is completed. Approximate appointment lengths are about two hours for a classic full set, two to two and a half hours for hybrid, two and a half to three hours for volume, about three hours for mega volume and one to one and a half hours for fills. Lash lifts take 45 to 60 minutes, brow services 30 to 45 minutes and tooth gems about 15 minutes.

Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume, wet set and anime styles, and can be adjusted with bottom lashes, colored lashes, wispy or texture add-ons, or an extra-time add-on for heavier shedding. Extension fills are typically booked every two to three weeks, and extensions generally last four to six weeks with the natural lash growth cycle. Korean lash lifts curl and lift natural lashes without extensions, and traditional lash lifts add length and curl and can be tinted. Both lift types typically last six to eight weeks, depending on lash cycle, aftercare and lifestyle. Facial options include the Mini Facial, the Extended Signature Facial, which focuses on texture, dullness, fine lines and pores, and the Age-Defying Resurfacing Facial, which uses an active exfoliating treatment and should not be booked right before an event. Facials use GlyMed+ skincare.

Tooth gems are made with Genuine Swarovski Crystals or 18k gold charms and applied with dental composite. The studio says it aims to make each client's experience personal and tailored to the individual. It states that it was voted RVAFW Small Business of the Year 2026, describes itself as an award-winning beauty studio, and cites more than 260 five-star reviews. Policies: cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead are not charged; cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service cost, and 100% under six hours. Clients who arrive late have a 15-minute grace period, after which the appointment is rescheduled and the cancellation policy applies. Refunds are not offered, but lash issues reported within 72 hours of an appointment will be addressed.

The studio aims to make each visit personal and custom tailored to the individual client.
