Appointments are the only way to book, and a free consultation is offered when clients call. The salon asks clients to arrive about five minutes early and to book their next service before leaving. Hours are Monday and Tuesday from noon to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and the salon is closed Thursday and Sunday. Payment is due when services are complete, and the salon accepts cash, personal checks, Venmo and Apple Pay. Debit and credit cards are not accepted.

The menu runs from haircuts for toddlers, children, teens, men and women, to color, mini, partial and full highlights or lowlights, and extras like conditioning treatments, blow-dry styles, updos and braiding. Color and highlight services include a Lanza ultimate treatment. The salon also offers a children's First Haircut event, which comes with a child-themed cape, before and after photos and a certificate, and there is no charge for it for the youngest clients. The salon takes hair donations for Locks of Love, which makes wigs for children with medical hair loss, and donating clients receive their haircut at no charge. A referral program gives a new client 15% off their first services and the client who referred them 15% off their next services. Clients who book during their birthday month and mention it receive 10% off salon services.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; otherwise a fee of 50% of the booked services applies. No-shows without notice are charged the full cost of the booked services. Emergencies are handled case by case when the salon is contacted as soon as reasonably possible. Clients can also ask to be notified when a cancelled time opens.
