The studio takes a barrier-first approach, looking at how the skin functions before choosing treatments. Each facial and acne treatment is customized to the client's skin condition and adjusted at every visit. Professional-grade ingredients are used in both in-studio treatments and home routines.

Acne care starts with a skin barrier assessment and moves through controlled exfoliation, professional extractions, LED light therapy, and a customized homecare plan. Home routines for acne clients use Face Reality Skincare. According to the studio, it has treated hundreds of adult acne cases.

Beyond acne, the menu includes Korean skincare facials built on hydration and barrier support, healthy aging treatments such as microneedling and oxygen-based facials selected to each client's skin and long-term goals, and chemical and spicule peels using naturally derived spicules. Waxing is done privately, one-on-one, with wax selection and aftercare adjusted for sensitive skin. The studio suggests waxing every four to six weeks and avoiding shaving in between, with hair about a quarter inch long at the appointment.
