Owner and aesthetician Mindy Miller runs the studio, and facials form the core of the menu. The Blubird Relaxation Facial comes in 30, 60 or 90 minute versions starting at $70. Extractions are included in the 60 and 90 minute versions, while the 30 minute version swaps the face, neck, shoulder and decollete massage for a hand and arm massage. Extractions are included in the 60 and 90 minute versions, while the 30 minute version swaps the face, neck, shoulder and decollete massage for a hand and arm massage. Add-ons such as dermaplaning, nanoneedling, gua sha, LED light therapy, microdermabrasion and foot and calf massage can be attached to that facial, and a peel add-on is also available.

There are also specialty facials. A Teen Facial is for guests 18 and under and runs 45 minutes. The Gentleman's Facial is an hour long and includes exfoliation, deep cleansing, extractions and hydration, with a beard balm and oil for men with facial hair. Longer options include a Face and Back Relaxation Facial starting at $140 and a Massage Only Facial that runs about 75 minutes. Dermaplane Treatment Only is a 30 minute service without the full facial. For acne, the studio offers a Face Reality consultation and treatment and a follow-up acne peel. The salon describes the Face Reality line as award-winning.

Brow, lash and combination tints use a vegetable dye base. Lash tints last up to four weeks and brow tints up to three. Lash lifts use silicone pads shaped to each eye rather than rods, and they curl the natural lashes; a lift with tint is also available. Booking brows and lashes together saves $5 over the separate prices.

Waxing covers everything from brows to Brazilian, with short 15 minute services for brows, chin, lip and inner thigh, and longer appointments for bikini, Brazilian and full face. Hair removal is done with Nufree, which the salon says is not a wax. A free 15 minute skincare consultation gives guests a $25 credit toward a skincare purchase of $100 or more, usable the same day, though kits are excluded.

Booking is by appointment. A credit card is needed to reserve, even when paying with a gift card, and gift cards are sold through a gift card appointment. Changes and cancellations must be made by phone or text rather than email, and anything inside 24 hours is charged in full, as are no-shows and charges are non-refundable.

The studio works with plant-based, botanical products that it describes as clean and cruelty free, and it offers both quick services and longer sessions so guests can choose how much time to set aside.
