Every facial is built around the individual client rather than sold as a set menu, and each one includes premium treatment elements without add-ons. Facials are offered for women, men and teens. The lineup ranges from the 30-minute Glow and Go Facial to the 90-minute Lisa's Luxury 90, which adds enzyme exfoliation, gua sha, and scalp, hand and foot rituals.

Beyond facials, the studio offers brow tinting and shaping, a brow package with eye-area massage and eye cream, a range of waxing services from upper lip to a full face wax, and a complimentary Jane Iredale shade match with product guidance. The $25 consultation fee can be applied to a facial booked within 14 days.

Clients are asked to give notice as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final. The studio is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Thursday from noon to 7 PM, and is closed Mondays and Sundays.
