The menu covers several areas. Brow services include waxing or threading for existing clients, brow trims, hybrid tinting, henna, and a brow fill lesson that leaves out shaping. Facials range from a Mini LED treatment to options aimed at acne, aging and dermaplaning, and the skin menu adds targeted treatments for the underarms, bikini area and intimate skin. Lash lifts are also offered. Waxing and sugaring make up most of the menu, covering the face, arms, chest, back, underarms, legs and bikini area.

Booking takes some planning. Several facials and skin treatments take a $50 deposit. New clients pay a deposit for certain brow and waxing services: $80 for Sandra Delgado's brow service, $40 for Teryn Williams's brow wax, and $50 for the new-client Brazilian and underarm waxing combo or the brow fill lesson. New clients need five to six weeks of hair growth before brow waxing or threading. Waxing is not recommended for sensitive skin or for clients using retinol or Accutane. Changes, cancellations and rescheduling must be made by the client through the booking link at least 18 hours ahead, and the business cannot change an existing appointment on a client's behalf.

Payment and attendance rules are firm. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The no-show policy has no exceptions: clients who miss an appointment or leave the no-show fee unpaid cannot book again until it is paid in full.

According to the salon, the Mini LED Facial is non-invasive and supports skin health through light energy, and its DermaGem LED system is FDA-cleared. The salon says the Signature Facial is meant to leave skin looking refreshed. It also says the lash lift effect lasts six to eight weeks.

Treatments are tailored where the business says so: facial plans are customized, LED light wavelengths are chosen for specific concerns, and sugaring uses an organic sugar paste. Half leg waxing uses vegan wax.
