Stylists work as independent, self-employed booth renters who set their own schedules, services and policies, so clients contact each stylist directly to book. The salon's team includes Master, Senior and Junior stylists. Stylist job applications are accepted through the careers page, and the hiring options listed are commission, suite rental, booth rental, drop-in and assistant positions.

Partial highlights begin with a 15-minute consultation, then precision foiling with bond-protecting lighteners, and finish with a blowout and styling. They usually take 2 to 3 hours and start at $170. Full highlights include a consultation, expert foiling, rinsing, toning when needed and conditioning, followed by a blowout and styling, taking 3 to 4 hours and starting at $220. Highlight clients fill out a color form before the appointment, and highlights typically last 6 to 8 weeks before a touch-up.

Balayage is hand-painted with varying levels of lightness for a multidimensional look, takes 4 to 6 hours and starts at $250; the salon recommends a toner with it to neutralize undertones. Platinum foils every piece of hair for maximum lift without dimension, takes 5 to 6 hours, and is typically touched up every 6 to 8 weeks.
