The studio is open Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM and Friday from 9 AM to 3:30 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Early morning, evening and weekend times vary, and clients can message the studio about times outside the posted hours. An after-hours waitlist covers Tuesday or Thursday evening visits that are not available online.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the booked service. After a missed appointment, the cancellation fee must be paid before another visit can be booked.
