New clients start with a free 15-minute consultation, which is booked for anyone requesting a fill or their first set of extensions. Fills are meant to be booked two to three weeks after the previous visit, and at least 40% of the extensions should still sit on natural lashes for a fill to apply. If more than four weeks pass, a full set or a 4-week fill is charged instead.

Extensions come in several styles. Classic sets give a natural look, Hybrid adds some fullness, Volume gives a dramatic effect, and Mega Volume is the densest option. Full sets take 2 to 3 hours depending on the style. Before a fill or full set, a lash bath is suggested to help extensions hold, especially for clients who wear makeup. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, oil-free lashes that are free of makeup.

The YUMI lash lift suits clients who want a natural look, a lower-maintenance option, or who react to lash extensions. The studio says the YUMI brand is approved by the EU. Clients should know that allergic reactions or sensitivities can occur, and the studio notes this case by case.

Work is guaranteed for 48 hours after an appointment, and clients with significant lash fallout are asked to contact the studio promptly. A one-time fix-it appointment is free for anyone unhappy with their lashes. Services are not refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours of a full set appointment, and no-shows, are charged 50%. Clients who are sick are asked to stay home and notify the studio; one reschedule for illness is allowed. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling with a $25 fee.

The studio is open Tuesday from 10:30 AM to 6 PM, Thursday from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
