Lash extensions are the main focus. Classic sets use one synthetic lash for each natural lash. Hybrid sets combine classic and volume techniques, with individual extensions and a light fan, and usually take about two hours. Volume sets can be shaped from subtle to fuller and more defined. Fills are booked on a schedule that depends on the style: mini fills every one to two weeks, and standard fills every two to three weeks. Lashes done elsewhere can be brought in for an extended fill, and lash removal takes between 15 and 45 minutes depending on the lashes and the adhesive used. Natural lashes are cleansed afterward, and aftercare guidance is given.

The studio also offers facial and body waxing, along with brow shaping and tinting, and lash and brow tints that are temporary and make the natural hair look darker. Appointments are booked through the studio's Square page, and a credit card is required to hold a booking. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours of notice; later changes incur a fee of half the reserved services. Lash appointments need clean, makeup-free eyes, and a removal fee applies if makeup has to be taken off. Small children and babies are not permitted in the lash room. Gift cards can be bought online.

Lash sets are matched to what each client wants, from classic one-to-one work to blended hybrid styles and fuller volume, with fills kept on a set schedule and aftercare guidance given after each visit.
