The space is a private, single-chair suite with one artist and one client at a time, and there's no waiting area. Customers travel from Westchester, Bird Road, Olympia Heights, Sweetwater, Tamiami, West Miami, Coral Terrace, Kendall, and farther areas. Parking is free in the plaza lot out front. The studio is open Wednesday through Saturday and closed Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.

Nail art is the studio's focus, and every set is drawn by hand. Designs are grouped into four tiers by how long they take to draw, from simple French tips and polka dots to full scenes and encrusted sets. Spooky-themed sets, including ghosts, skulls, webs, bats and black sets, are a particular specialty. Character and anime designs are painted freehand. Gel-X is the base for most of the larger designs. A gallery on the site shows 70 sets done in the suite. The studio says its Booksy page carries a five-star rating from 9 verified clients.
Appointments are required, and walk-ins are not accepted. Booking runs through Booksy, which shows live availability, handles the calendar, deposit and reminders, and sends reminders. The current deposit is shown at booking and deducted from the total. Late cancellations may forfeit the deposit under Booksy terms, so clients are asked to give as much notice as possible. Clients running late should message through Booksy, and if they are very late the nail art may need to be cut back. Clients with a design in mind send inspiration photos before booking, and Nerissa replies with the tier so the right time is set aside. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry nails.
Cards are accepted. Tipping is optional, and the studio lists 15 to 20 percent as the usual range in Miami. Loyalty rewards and service packages are offered through Booksy, and clients can also ask Nerissa about them during an appointment. Each tool is disinfected between clients, while emery boards and buffers are discarded after one use. Manicures for children aged 5 to 12 are arranged by note or direct message instead of online booking, and a parent or guardian remains in the suite.
