A visit begins with a private consultation, which costs $200 and is credited in full toward the first treatment. The practice does not accept insurance and works on a private-pay basis. Where a patient seeks reimbursement from an insurer or health savings plan, documentation of services rendered can be provided on request. Cancelling at least 24 hours before an appointment carries no fee, while cancelling within 24 hours or missing an appointment carries a $50 fee. Appointments can be cancelled by phone, by email, or through the patient portal, which is available to existing patients after their first visit.
