The clinic was founded 11 years ago by Rachel Londors, who remains its CEO and also works as a senior injector. Its body work centres on Liquid BBL, a non-surgical treatment using a thick hyaluronic acid filler made for the buttocks and hips. The business describes itself as a leader in body sculpting and says it has gained international recognition for its expertise. Liquid BBL is also offered to correct uneven results left by earlier surgical BBL procedures.

A visit usually starts with a consultation, which can be done in person at the clinic over about 20 minutes or by video.
