Services span barbering, hair color, haircuts, skincare, waxing and artistic nails, and each professional works under their own name and price list. Princess Pocaigue runs Off Road Parlor, a private hair studio at the same address, offering personalized cuts, classic buzzcuts, beard shaping and kids haircuts.

Policies vary by professional. Greg Fry does not take walk-ins and has no waiting area, and Princess Pocaigue asks for cancellations within 24 hours to avoid a service charge and keeps her waiting list for existing clients only.
