Treatment plans are shaped around each patient's features, concerns, lifestyle and goals, with the aim of natural, balanced results rather than a single standard treatment. Patients are seen one-on-one with the same provider at every visit. Consultations are required before medical weight management and dermal filler treatments, and the $50 consultation fee is applied toward the cost of treatment.

Services fall into injectables such as neurotoxin and Daxxify neuromodulators, dermal fillers and lip filler; skin treatments including the VI Peel and SkinPen microneedling; medical weight loss that can include prescription GLP-1 medications when appropriate; and wellness injections. Virtual appointments are available for weight loss and wellness services, and for follow-ups when suitable.

Appointments can be booked online. Payment is taken by major credit card, debit card or cash, but HSA and FSA payments are not accepted. Services cannot be refunded, although sealed skincare products could qualify for an exchange or a credit toward the store. Changes or cancellations require 24 hours' notice; a cancellation made within that window, or a missed appointment, incurs a $75 fee. Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late will need to book a new time. Appointments are generally scheduled Monday through Friday, and start and finish times vary.
