Services are grouped into brows, bridal, extensions, hair color, haircuts, hair treatments, styling and waxing. Hair color runs from root melts and glosses to all over color, color correction, transformational blonding, mini and partial highlights, multi tonal color, double process platinum and full custom highlights. The salon notes that its hair color includes botanical ingredients, and its portfolio shows full highlights with root retouch for gray coverage as well as vivid blended color in shades such as navy blue and deep emerald green.
Complimentary consultations are offered for bridal services and tape-in extensions, taking 30 and 35 minutes. Clients call or text (412) 852-9226 to book a consultation, and bridal inquiries are handled by calling the salon. A consultation must be booked before color correction.
Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 9 AM to 7 PM, Thursday 12 PM to 8 PM, Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM. The salon is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours notice, and cancelling within 24 hours of an appointment carries a fee of 50% of the total services scheduled. Clients running late should call or text when it is safe to do so, and those more than 15 minutes late may have parts of the service dropped or be asked to reschedule. A no-call, no-show is charged the full scheduled appointment cost before booking again, and continued no-shows require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and must be approved before the appointment.
