Clients can book a complimentary in-person consultation to try on human hair wigs, or a virtual consultation over Zoom. The Zoom option includes measurements and a follow-up after the piece arrives. Existing wigs can be assessed for color, repair, and cut, and alterations are done in store.

Beyond wigs, the salon offers hair color and cutting, wash and set packages, lash and brow tinting, waxing, and makeup including bridal and special event work. Lola Wigs, the in-house line of lace-top virgin human hair wigs, was started in Pittsburgh by founder Chami Saks.

Color adjustments such as toning or adding highlights are free within six months, within reason. Refunds and exchanges are not offered; a replacement is provided only if a wig is genuinely defective. In-house financing is interest free, with half down at consultation and the balance at pickup, or 60% down with the rest split over three months.

According to the salon, its hair pieces are crafted by hand from hair obtained through ethical sourcing. The salon states that the people who sell their hair are paid fairly, that makers work in conditions it considers equitable and secure, and that the path from donor to finished piece is short.
