Every visit starts with a customized facial, offered in 30, 60, or 90 minute lengths. Each facial begins with cleansing and a skin assessment, followed by exfoliation and a personalized masque and treatment, and finishes with products that include broad spectrum SPF. Depending on the service, massage may extend to the face, scalp, neck, shoulders, decollete, hands, and arms. Facials are tailored for acne and breakouts, hyperpigmentation, sensitive or dry skin, aging skin, and uneven texture.

Peels are available to clients 18 or older who have completed a prior facial and skin assessment, and a first peel is Level 1 unless advanced treatment experience has been discussed. Peel choice takes skin tone, pigmentation history, sensitivity, and treatment history into account, and pre-peel preparation may be recommended. Enhancements include dermaplaning, electroporation, nano infusion, microcurrent with EMS, LED light therapy, high frequency with LED, and a hydrating hand treatment. The Light Chemical Peel add-on is not available to first-time clients.

Waxing covers the brow, lip, chin, underarm, bikini, Brazilian, and lower leg. Virtual skincare consultations are a 30 minute session by video or another preferred method, with no hands-on treatment. Clients complete a questionnaire and submit skin photos beforehand, then receive a written routine and product recommendations by email, along with 7 days of text or email follow-up.

New clients complete intake forms before their first visit, and an authorized card stored through Square is needed to book. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice for in-studio appointments. Late changes may be charged 50% of the reserved total, and a client who has not arrived within 10 minutes of the start time is charged the full amount. Before-and-after photos are taken for facials, peels, and facial waxing. Chemical peels are not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
