The facial menu starts with a new guest consultation and custom facial, which runs 60 to 90 minutes and starts at $85. Custom facials are also listed at 75 minutes for $135 and 90 minutes for $190. The Skin Revision Collection is a set of corrective facials starting at $275 and lasting 105 minutes or more. Maximalist's Treatments are shorter 45-minute express treatments starting at $85. Peels include the GetGlowing micro-peel, offered in 30- or 60-minute versions from $300 and bookable alone or added to a facial, and the Skin Renewal Peeling, a series of three appointments starting at $400. The Skin Renewal Peeling System is a cream peel applied like a mask, with home care products for before, during and after. Most clients need two to three Skin Renewal peels followed by one yearly maintenance peel. The Skin Classic is a non-laser treatment for minor irregularities, priced from $100 for a 60-minute session with a topical numbing cream included.

Visits are by appointment only, and a skin consultation can be booked beforehand to help choose treatments. Clients complete an online intake form before their appointment and receive arrival instructions after booking. The treatment room door stays closed during sessions. Relaxation services, which are any service lasting an hour or more, include aromatherapy, warming items, socks, pillows and throw blankets, a private restroom, and a sarong and robe. Temperature and blankets can be adjusted during the service.

Clients can pay for care through packages paid up front or monthly memberships, with slightly more added value on the upfront packages. Eligible services and retail purchases earn reward stars, and a birthday service credit is offered. Waxing, including facial and body waxing from $63, and add-ons such as Sound Bath and Power Glow are also available. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations and no-shows carry a 35% fee; treatments are not refundable.

Treatments pair current skincare technology with attention to how clients live day to day, based on the view that acne, fine lines, dryness and pigmentation are tied to habits and daily care.
