The facial menu has four BSW Method facials, each built around a cleanse, targeted exfoliation and professional modalities chosen for the skin. The Essential is a 60-minute facial for maintenance, glow and a deeper refresh. The Elevated runs 90 minutes, and The Immersion runs 120 minutes; the salon describes The Immersion as its most comprehensive facial ritual. The Acne Facial is a 60-minute targeted treatment that combines exfoliation, extractions, cryotherapy and LED therapy.

Clear Skin Boot Camp is a 4-month acne program. It opens with a one-on-one consultation and includes four professional acne treatments, a tailored product routine with education, and ongoing accountability and expert guidance. Targeted skincare treatments cover customized chemical peels, dermaplaning and Dermaplane Glow, liquid and glow liquid microneedling, and skincare routine consultations, with concerns such as acne, pigmentation, dullness and texture in mind.

Root Cause Reset is a 3-month private nutritional therapy program priced at $1,850. It begins with a free 15-minute discovery call and a 90-minute intake, followed by a personalized wellness protocol, six bi-weekly 45-minute one-on-one check-ins and weekly messaging support. Participants receive discounts on professional skincare and recommended supplements, and local clients can add 15% off in-person facials during the program.

The Radiant Club is a monthly skincare membership. Members receive one 60 to 120 minute professional facial each month, chosen from signature treatments or a custom peel, plus a 30-minute skin check-in that can be in person or virtual. Members also get 10% off in-studio retail products, $50 off liquid microneedling and priority booking for seasonal promotions. The Radiant Club Virtual offers the same product, booking and content benefits with a virtual check-in and no monthly facial.

Beauty services include brow lamination and tint, brow tint and sculpt, lash lift and tint, and a Triple Threat Brow Makeover that combines lamination, waxing and tint. The studio sells skincare products online and in studio. Appointments are booked through the business's online booking page, where gift certificates and packages are also sold. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice; later changes are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-call, no-show or late arrivals of more than 10 minutes are charged the full service. Full refunds are not given for services or products, though product exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase. Clients are asked to arrange childcare before appointments.

Skin care here is delivered through manual treatments, and is paired with dietary guidance and support for daily habits, so that the skin and the rest of the body are addressed as one.
