The spa says it blends the best of eastern and western modalities and puts a premium on customer service and personal attention. Staff work alongside clients' doctors, trainers and physical therapists as part of each client's health team. The facial menu starts with the Intro to Glow Facial, a 75-minute first-time facial priced at $119 and offered at Baltimore, Crofton and Columbia but not Annapolis. The Glow Therapy Express Facial is a 45-minute option at $125 that uses CBD-infused skincare and LED light therapy, with no extractions, and it is offered Monday through Friday only. The Advanced Glow Facial ($195, 75 to 90 minutes) is customized after a skin analysis to address concerns such as acne, pigmentation and fine lines. The Elite Glow Facial ($235, 90 to 105 minutes) can include Nanofusion and Korean oxygen treatments. Dermaplaning is available as an add-on at $60, but it is added only when there is enough time for both the client and the provider. The Illuminated Glow Renewal Series is four 45-minute corrective facials for $650, scheduled two weeks apart and valid for six months from purchase. Seasonal Smashing Pumpkin facials use the Chocolate Fig Serum and Three Milk Moisturizer, and the Luxe version can include optional extractions and red LED light therapy.

Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular and specialty styles. The Even Keel Signature Massage is offered in 30, 60 and 90 minutes at $73, $118 and $158. Other choices include lymphatic, myofascial release, sports, structural, bamboo, Thai Fusion and Thai yoga massage, reflexology, reiki (a 50-minute session at $118 with a 10-minute closing discussion), and Even Keel Couples Massage ($240 for 60 minutes, rising to $320 for 90). Couples and pregnancy massage are also listed, along with cupping and intra-oral massage, which begins with a 60-minute initial session. Sugaring and the Sound Bath and Sonic Acupressure add-ons are available only at Baltimore. Infrared sauna blanket sessions run 30 minutes for $30 and can be booked alone or added to a massage or facial.

Body contouring includes the Be Sculpted Body Treatment, a series of four non-invasive 30-minute sessions aimed at the stomach or upper thigh and most effective as part of a 6 to 8 week plan. Clients may feel activity or sensitivity in the area for up to 48 hours, occasionally 72. LED body contouring is $75 per single session or $750 for a set of 12, and a monthly membership starts at $700 with a three-month commitment for up to three uses per week. Celluma LED packages of 8 ($250) and 16 ($475) use 30-minute sessions. Body skincare options include the Baby Got Back Booty Facial, designed for skin affected by shaving, waxing, swimwear or activewear, and the Luxury and Plus Vajacial treatments, with the Plus version combining a Brazilian wax with a vajacial. Waxing ranges from a $25 underarm wax to an $85 back wax. Lash and brow services include lash lifts and tints, classic and hybrid brow tints, and brow lamination; the salon says its Hybrid Brow Tint lasts longer than traditional tints. Spray tans include Glow N Go and Only Natural at $60, Elite Glow (described as the deepest tan offered, with a 4 to 8 hour rinse) and the Blushing Bride clear solution, which contains no bronzer, at $70. The Bridal Prep package of four tans is $260, and the monthly membership is $140 for three tans, auto-renewing after three months with unused tans not rolling over.

Visit policies ask new clients to arrive at least 15 minutes early and other clients at least 10 minutes early, and late arrivals may have their service shortened. Clients should stop using retinols at least three days before a facial, and facials are not booked within two weeks of Botox or one month of facial laser treatments. Individual appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel, and no-shows and late cancellations are charged the full fee. Couples and multi-service bookings require a non-refundable deposit and a 48-hour cancellation policy, and couples massage requires a 50% deposit at least 48 hours ahead. Guests must be 18 or older, or 17 or younger with an adult and at adult pricing. Phones should be silent in the spa. Unopened retail products can be returned within 3 days for spa credit only, and gift cards are non-refundable and expire four years from purchase under Maryland law. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and checks with proper identification are accepted. Spa Day Packages, Permanent Jewelry, Facial and Massage Memberships, gift cards and the Even Keel Rewards program are also offered.
