Brow work is staged by history. Returning clients who had their brows done at the studio can book touch-ups at one to three months, six months or a year. Brow correction and cover-up is for brows with work done elsewhere and starts from $510. Any earlier brow work must be disclosed, even if it was years ago or has faded. Clients with previous work send clear photos of bare brows and need written approval before booking, though that photo approval is preliminary and final suitability is decided at the in-person assessment.

Smaller services include a $10 brow cleanup with razor, a $50 patch test that takes 15 minutes and recommended for clients with sensitive skin, a history of allergies or past reactions to hair dye, cosmetics or tattoo pigments, and is booked at least 48 hours before microshading. If the client goes ahead with microshading, $20 of the patch test fee is credited to the appointment. The studio notes that a patch test cannot guarantee no reaction. Tinting with consultation and express tinting with eyebrow stickers are also offered.

Deposits reserve time and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations, no-shows and reschedules made less than 48 hours ahead forfeit the deposit and carry a fee of 20% of the scheduled service price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
