Clients book through the business's Glossgenius page. Hours run from noon most days, with Tuesday starting at 5:30 PM, Sunday starting at 2 PM, and appointments available until 10 PM on most days. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount.

Lash extensions are a personal service and are nonrefundable. If the lash technician finds a problem with a set within three days, the business offers a free fix, and the technician may ask for visual proof. Fills have conditions: the client needs at least 40% of their extensions remaining, and most fills must be booked within 21 days of the previous visit, with same-week fill-ins available within seven days.

The studio also offers house call lash sets at a client's home for a standard $200 across all lash styles, including travel. The client must provide a safe space for the service and supplies. A beginners lash class is offered as an eight-hour session priced from $500, with a $350 deposit required.

Policies to know before booking: children are not allowed at services for safety reasons, so clients should arrange childcare. Photos may be taken before, during and after services and may be used for marketing and training, and the business owns those photos. Appointment changes should be made at least 24 hours ahead, with later reschedules costing half the service price. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the service cost. Services already performed are not refunded, and concerns should be raised within 72 hours of the appointment. Retail product purchases are final sale, and gift card sales are final.
