The Victor location is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 8:00pm, Saturday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, and Sunday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. First-time guests can book extra time for a consultation with a wax specialist. Services at this location can be adjusted to the guest's comfort level and preferences. Before a first visit, hair should grow to about a quarter inch, and shaving should be avoided for two weeks beforehand. Guests are advised to avoid tanning, alcohol and large amounts of caffeine before a wax, and to tell the specialist about any medications. For facial waxing, retinoids and exfoliating acids should be avoided for 48 hours before the appointment.

The menu covers bikini waxing in visible and private options (bikini line, bikini full and Brazilian), body waxing for arms, underarms, back, chest, stomach, shoulders, legs, butt, hands, toes, knees, inner thighs and nipples, and facial waxing for brows, lips, chin, cheeks, nose, neck, ears, sideburns, hairline and the full face. Body waxing is open to guests of all genders, and several body areas can be done in one appointment. Men's services include brows, sideburns and nose or ear hair. Eyebrow tinting is available, and The Ultimate Eyebrow bundle pairs an eyebrow wax with a semi-permanent eyebrow tint for $39.60. Results typically last about three to four weeks, depending on how fast hair grows.

Waxing is performed by certified wax specialists, and the business states that it is committed to safety and hygiene. Private waxing suites are available. Products used include Comfort Wax, which the business says is made for sensitive areas and is removed without cloth strips for Brazilian waxing, plus a pre-wax oil and an after-wax product.
