Facials are the core of the menu. The HydraFacial line has three tiers. The signature version takes about 30 minutes and uses a patented Vortex Technology resurfacing process. The deluxe version also addresses texture, acne scarring, congestion and expression lines. The ultimate version adds lymphatic drainage, extractions and LED light therapy. Arm and booty versions are offered too, and HydraFacial series packages come in sets of four, six, nine or twelve. Apothecary facials are mixed by hand from raw ingredients for each client's skin type. Shorter and lighter options include a customized Pick Me Up facial, a rejuvenation facial, and a one-hour energize and lifting treatment that uses gua sha and facial cupping. A 30-minute skin consultation, priced at $40, covers skin analysis and a discussion of diet and habits.

Brow services start with a mapping of the brow shape and include tweezing, sculpting and sculpting with lip work. Brow lamination is vegan friendly and lasts up to six weeks, with aftercare that asks clients to keep brows dry for 24 hours. For clients who want fuller brows over time, a growth program runs 8 to 24 weeks, and clients are asked not to tweeze, trim, wax or thread before the first visit. Waxing runs from nostrils and ears up to full legs and includes Brazilian options. Hard wax is available for sensitive skin.

Booking and arrival rules are set out clearly. New clients should arrive at least ten minutes early and wait in their vehicle until called in. Late arrivals do not extend the appointment, and the full service price is charged. Cancellations or changes need 24 to 48 hours notice to avoid being billed half price, and no-shows are charged the full value of the booked services. Before facials and waxing, clients are asked to pause certain retinoids and acids for about seven days and to limit sun exposure for 72 hours before and after.

The apothecary is open to shoppers without a booking. Visitors text ahead to reserve a time slot. The shelves include curative skin care, brow growth serums and pencils, lip glosses, kids haircare and home goods. The apothecary describes its lines as non toxic, organic and handcrafted in small batches with plant-based extracts.

Each facial is tailored to the client, with apothecary blends mixed for individual skin types and brow growth programs assigned when needed.
