Services are grouped into body, bikini and facial waxing, with eyebrow tinting and men's waxing listed separately. Body waxing covers arms, underarms, back, shoulders, chest, stomach, butt, legs, hands, toes, knees, inner thighs and nipples. Facial waxing covers lip, chin, cheeks, nose, ears, neck, sideburns, hairline, eyebrows and the full face. Single-service prices at the Sarasota centers include $51 for full arms, $84 for full legs, $57 for a full bikini, $68 for a Brazilian and $62 for a full face. Prices exclude sales tax and may vary by location.
Bikini waxing comes in line, full and Brazilian options. A Bikini Line removes hair along the sides and top of the bikini area, a Bikini Full takes more from the front with coverage that can be customized, and a Brazilian runs from front to back with an optional butt strip. First-time bikini guests are encouraged to book so there is time for a consultation with a wax specialist. According to the site, a bikini wax typically lasts three to four weeks, depending on hair growth.
Wax Pass memberships come in Unlimited, Pre-Paid, Single Center, Redeem Anywhere and Student options at select centers. The Pre-Paid pass gives up to 25% off single-service prices and does not expire. The Unlimited pass is a flat yearly price for 365 days of visits to one chosen service, such as eyebrows at $280 a year compared with $528 at regular prices. Passes are non-transferable and can be used at any European Wax Center location. Student availability is not confirmed, so guests are asked to call the center. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead, or no-shows, may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Guests also earn points toward EWC Rewards on services and products. According to the site, guest reviews average 4.9 stars from 1,197 reviews.
Guests of any gender, skin type or hair texture are welcome, and the site says its wax specialists are trained in a range of waxing techniques. Before a bikini wax, the site advises letting hair grow to about a quarter inch, gently exfoliating the area 24 to 48 hours ahead, and avoiding hot showers, baths, saunas, pools, tight clothing and strenuous exercise for 24 hours afterward.
