The center offers hair removal for men and women across body, bikini, face and chest services. Guests can book online or by phone, or walk in when time allows, though booking is suggested to secure a preferred time. First-time guests are encouraged to book so there is time for a consultation with the wax specialist before the service.

Bikini and Brazilian services can be tailored to the amount of coverage a guest prefers. A bikini line wax clears hair along the sides and top of the area, a full bikini wax removes more from the front with adjustable coverage, and a Brazilian wax covers front to back with an optional butt strip.

The center uses a proprietary wax called Comfort Wax, which the business describes as formulated for sensitive areas and for all skin types, including delicate facial skin. Guests can also buy the center's skin and beauty products, including the EWC GROOM collection, and earn points on services and products through EWC Rewards.

Wax Passes, including Unlimited, Pre-Paid and Student options, lower the per-visit price on listed services by up to 25%. A new-guest offer lists buying nine services and getting three free, available only in the center.
